Simethicone is the active in Gas-X and has been safely used in dogs by veterinarians for decades (always confirm dose with your vet). What's new about B3 is the dog-formulated, swallow-whole format — not the active. Our formulator will be NASC-credentialed and the product will follow Animal OTC nutraceutical standards.
